Human-Nature Escapes is a North Staffordshire/South Cheshire based social enterprise connecting people to nature for positive social, physical and emotional wellbeing.

We provide creative ways for people to ‘escape’ and enjoy our local natural and cultural landscapes, using a combination of ‘green exercise’ and ‘arts for wellbeing’, underpinned by our ‘Nature’s Ways to Wellbeing’ approach.

Our wellbeing experiences include:

  • For community– regular weekly activities helping local residents stay fit, well and resilient.
  • For business – wellness team building experiences which promote a positive work-life balance.
  • For individuals – specific help for employees off work with stress, rebuilding confidence and resilience to prepare for a successful return-to-work and prevent relapse.

We help to maintain the green and blue spaces we enjoy, by engaging community in caring for their local environment.

Our vision is to evolve as both a ‘human’ wellbeing and ‘environmental’ wellbeing organisation – one which is truly ‘human’ & ‘nature’.
